2009 World Championships Squad

At the EYFA AGM on 14th December 2009 Dave Mee (Worlds Team Manager) announced the World squad and captain for next years championships in the Czech Republic. The selection was unanimously endorsed by the meeting.

9th World Championships

The Championship will be held from 21th July to 27th July 2009 centered on the small town of Chotebor. The town is located in the middle of Highlands region, between Prague and Brno cities. There is a website - on this link - about the town with its history and amenities.

Bronze Medal in World Championships 2007

The English Youth Fly fishing team members returned to this country late last week having successfully clinched their highest ever position, third place in the 9th FIPS Mouche World Youth Fly Fishing Championships held in the Penn. State College region of Pennsylvania.
